Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador and align with mission, vision, values, and service standards.
• Guide customers through their experience, providing service information and scheduling support.
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments and explain scheduling policies.
• Verify patient demographics and account information prior to visits.
• Support in delivering experiences and address service gaps with urgency.
• Interact with customers and team members using the prescribed communication model.
• Communicate clearly and professionally for diverse customers; interpret relevant data.
• Maintain knowledge of scheduling systems, authorizations/pre-certifications, and benefit memos.
• Support patient accounts to ensure expeditious billing and connect patients to billing services.
• Assist in upfront collections through the payment portal or app.
• Ensure lobby environments are clean and professional.
• Receive, relay, and document messages accurately according to standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
