The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Based in Texas with residency within one hour of AdventHealth Central Texas or Texas Health Huguley, you will support a range of service lines, handle referrals, and ensure accurate billing while

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in medical office or call center preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient data and insurance for billing accuracy.
• Handle referrals in workqueues for designated specialty.
• Schedule patients for visits and procedures.
• Register new patients with demographics and insurance info.
• Transfer callers to appropriate departments.
• Meet performance metrics and multi-task effectively.
