Qualifications

• High School Grad or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate office equipment (computer, copier, fax, scanner).

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients, updates and enters patient information including insurance and demographics.
• Maintains operational flow by communicating patient status to team members.
• Provides education to patients regarding test locations, patient portal use, and follow-up actions.
• Requests co-pays and/or outstanding balances at check-in respectfully but firmly.
