Responsibilities

• Organizing the display of data and metrics
• Lead and direct assigned project work (agendas, resources, work plans) to completion
• Facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate the implementation of new practices and providers into the survey process
• Acute attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Support administrative functions for the Directors of Human Centered Care including but not limited to updating dashboards, creating PPT presentations, monitoring and updating tracking documents, facilitating surveying efforts.
