JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to serve as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist. You will assist patients from arrival to departure, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.

The role supports front-line operations at a growing outpatient rehab network, with a care-first model and a focus on teamwork, adaptability, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent oral communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to fluid situations.
• Works well in a team and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Call patients into the treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day, including laundry and towels.
• Work as a team to ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
