JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to act as the liaison between patients and therapists. You will help patients from arrival to departure, ensuring a positive experience and a smooth workflow in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role supports therapy teams across our care-first network, with a focus on friendliness, teamwork, and professionalism. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, a cooperative attitude, and a willingness to handle multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Works well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Wash/dry towels and ensure supplies are available.
• Work as a team to ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Follow safe and orderly work practices.
• Support therapists and front-d desk as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
