JAG Physical Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to serve as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, guiding patients from arrival to departure and ensuring a positive experience.

You will support daily clinic operations, call patients in from the waiting room, help with laundry and facility upkeep, and contribute to a team that delivers compassionate rehab services across the health system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Excellent oral communication is essential.
• Flexibility and adaptability are necessary to handle fluid situations.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are important.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Washing and drying laundry and ensuring towels are clean and available.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist in scheduling patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
