Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to help guide patients from arrival to departure while ensuring a positive experience. You will support therapists, keep the facility clean, and assist with daily tasks to maintain smooth operations.

In a care-first outpatient setting, you will collaborate with a team across 150+ facilities, supporting patient care, scheduling, and front-desk duties in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Calling patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintains clean facility throughout the day.
• Washing and drying laundry, ensuring towels are clean and available.
• Works as a team member to ensure patient receives a positive experience.
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Keeps safe and orderly work environment.
• Able to answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
