Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service supporting unit operations.
• Collaborate with referring providers and practices.
• Obtain authorizations to compile patient and staff schedules.
• Schedule patients and support patient encounters.
• Record and forward messages; triage calls for urgent information or services; initiate call for emergency services.
• Process admissions/discharges; provide routine clerical support.
