• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or healthcare front desk).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct to the appropriate person or department.
• Perform check-in: verify appointment, collect copayments, update demographics in the system.
• Ensure timely patient flow by monitoring schedules and minimising wait times.
• Perform check-out: update notes, coordinate follow-ups, and print orders if needed.
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain accurate, confidential medical records.
