Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Albuquerque to handle daily front-office tasks, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage charts for a smooth patient experience.

You will participate in a four-week training program and contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
