Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our Patient Experience Coordinator team. You will perform daily front-office tasks and contribute to lasting impressions and patient loyalty, starting with a four-week training program.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, manage charts, and process payments while upholding policies and standards in a supportive, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
