Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You’ll deliver exceptional patient service and support daily operations with a four-week training program to ensure you succeed.

You’ll schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and assist the manager with administrative tasks in a welcoming, team‑oriented environment. Aspen Dental offers paid time off, health/dental/vision, and 401(k) with matching, plus growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
