Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will help create lasting impressions and build loyalty by delivering compassionate patient service and accurate schedule management.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program, report to the Manager, and handle appointment scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and daily front office duties in a fast-paced dental practice. Exceptional communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and patient service with compassion.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
