Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support delivery of high-quality patient experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk check-in/out with courtesy.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Assist patients with payments, billing questions, and telehealth access.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and appointment accuracy.
