Job summary

LifeStance Health Medford location is seeking a Practice Coordinator to manage front office daily activities, ensuring quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

The role offers starting pay of $22.75 per hour with quarterly bonus potential, along with medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. This is a full-time on-site position at 10 Cabot Rd., Medford, MA 02155.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Create a positive work environment and support clinician and staff engagement to promote LFST culture.
• Patient Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, handle in-person and telehealth needs, and collect co-payments.
• Clinician Support: Assist clinicians with administrative tasks and coordinate schedules.
• General duties: maintain a clean, efficient front desk and ensure smooth daily operations.
