Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly with a warm, friendly manner and verify reason for visit.
• Verify demographics and insurance, assist with medical releases as needed.
• Collect co-payments, manage payments and daily deposits.
• Route calls to appropriate staff and maintain a cheerful, compliant communication style.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage reminders.
