In this role, you will register patients, handle forms and payments, schedule appointments, maintain records, and support providers to deliver exceptional patient care. Experience in medical front desk is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Provide friendly, professional service in person, by phone, or messaging.
