Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, manage wait times and keep reception area inviting.
• Deliver friendly customer service in person, over the phone, or via messaging.
• Gather/verify patient information, handle forms and payments.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records to support providers.
