Talentify is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced dermatology practice. You’ll be the first and last smile for patients, guiding them from check-in to check-out with warmth and efficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Be the first and last contact for patients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out.
Register patients, manage wait times, and keep the reception area inviting.
Provide friendly, professional service over in-person interactions, phone, or messages.
Gather patient information, handle forms and payments, and prepare for next visits.
Support scheduling, maintain records, and ensure a seamless patient experience.
