Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, efficient check-in and check-out.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, or via messaging.
• Gather and verify patient information, handle forms and payments, and prep for next visits.
• Schedule appointments, maintain records, and support providers for a seamless patient experience.
