Qualifications

• Written and spoken English proficiency required.
• Experience with computer systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors with courtesy, privacy and respect while guiding care delivery.
• Check in, registration, scheduling, demographic and financial data entry; collect co-payments.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments; enter referrals and manage flow.
• Coordinate with practice staff to ensure timely patient flow and service delivery.
