Job summary

You will support smooth practice operations, maintain a welcoming reception area, and ensure privacy and accuracy of information, with translation services for Spanish-speaking patients as needed. This role requires 1–3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Medical Admin Assistant certificate.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems, including web-based apps and some MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors with courtesy, protecting privacy and information.
• Performs check-in, registration, scheduling, and demographic verification.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments and handles referrals and co-pays.
• Maintains a welcoming reception area and ensures smooth patient flow.
• Provides translation services in Spanish when needed.
