Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our E 84th St. location on the Upper East Side. The role focuses on welcoming patients, managing appointment flow, and guiding patients through the out‑of‑network experience with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include timely responses to calls and emails, and contributing to a collaborative, community‑minded clinic culture. Competitive benefits and a patient‑centric work environment are offered.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while managing appointment flow.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out‑of‑network experience and greet incoming patients with a smile.
• Provide 5‑star customer service and support a collaborative clinic environment.
