Job summary

Audibel, a Starkey Retail clinic partner, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to guide patients through their hearing journey. This role supports Circleville four days per week and Reynoldsburg one day weekly, ensuring a welcoming front office, accurate records, and strong patient engagement.

You will manage appointments, insurance data, and follow-up communications while upholding HIPAA standards and delivering a concierge-level patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and preferred experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, Microsoft 365 programs, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive all patients into the clinic according to standards set forth by the company.
• Acknowledge patients when they arrive and greet them warmly, offer coffee and refreshments.
• Answer phones promptly using standard greeting and script.
• Place same-day follow-up calls to new patients scheduled and those who did not show or canceled appointments.
• Facilitate a concierge-level front office experience and maintain a neat, current office.
• Review charts for upcoming appointments and lead Morning Huddle.
• Manage patient schedule and enter outcomes within 24 hours of completion.
• Manage patient accounts receivable, deposits and inventory per guidelines.
• Support patient education and assist in special events and campaigns.
