Job summary

The Patient Care Coordinator at Starkey Retail is the friendly face guiding patients through their hearing journey. You’ll manage front office operations, scheduling, patient records and accounts, while supporting events and retention marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; manage front desk flow and coffee/refreshments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; update PMS and follow up on outcomes.
• Maintain patient records, accounts receivable, deposits and inventory.
• Support retention marketing and patient education; assist events and outreach.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company procedures; handle daily administrative tasks.
