Job summary

Starkey Retail in Circleville, OH seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the clinic’s face and guide for patients on their hearing journey. You will manage the front desk, schedule, patient accounts, records, and welcome guests with a warm, concierge-level experience.

This role supports four days in Circleville and one day in Reynoldsburg, handling patient intake, insurance verification, follow‑ups, and events, while maintaining HIPAA privacy and smooth daily operations for the clinic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a warm front-office experience.
• Manage clinic schedule and patient accounts, review records.
• Answer phones promptly with a standard greeting and script.
• Lead Morning Huddle and coordinate patient intake forms.
• Maintain inventory and assist with marketing and events.
• Adhere to HIPAA and protect patient privacy.
