You will manage scheduling, explain billing options, and track KPIs for registration accuracy and collections, supporting revenue cycle performance in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare administration preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and verification preferred.
• Ability to collect time-of-service payments and manage payments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience with warm, positive interactions.
• Complete patient intake/registration, verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and access.
• Track KPIs for registration accuracy and insurance turnaround.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR, dashboards and reports to monitor outcomes and improve processes.
