You will collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations, while supporting data integrity and revenue cycle performance.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service in healthcare, proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service required
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration preferred
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and data entry

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake, registration, and eligibility verification to maintain data integrity.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options, including digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets to support revenue cycle.
• Coordinate scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability and access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy, insurance verification turnaround, and patient satisfaction.
