Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You’ll report to the Manager and handle daily tasks to create lasting impressions and build patient trust.

A four-week training program will prepare you to succeed, with responsibilities including scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection while balancing deposits and supporting a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
