Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our team and help create lasting impressions for patients. You’ll report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks, including scheduling, chart organization, and insurance verification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
