Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will participate in a four-week training program and help create lasting impressions and trust with patients in a welcoming dental practice environment.

Daily tasks include scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection, reporting to the Manager. This full-time role emphasizes compassionate service and accuracy in duties across the practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
