Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to front-doffice and support patients. You will train for four weeks and perform scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection to ensure smooth, compassionate patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
