The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with the Patient Experience Specialist (PES) and clinical teams.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, educating patients on payment options, and using EMR systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Experience in healthcare administration preferred.
