Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will support data integrity, compliance, and revenue cycle performance in collaboration with the Clinic Manager and PES.

The role emphasizes patient engagement, payment collection, scheduling optimization, and cross-team collaboration, with training in EMR systems and reporting tools to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service; ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience through warm greetings and issue resolution.
• Complete patient intake/registration with demographic verification and authorization requirements.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
