Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, with support from the PES.

Responsibilities include enrollment, education on financial responsibilities, collecting payments, and coordinating scheduling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes and financial clearance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and support revenue cycle performance.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical teams to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR dashboards and reporting tools to monitor data and outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure data integrity.
