Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will support data integrity, HIPAA compliance, and revenue cycle goals while collaborating with clinical teams and PES for operational excellence.

You will educate patients on financial options, handle payments, and assist with scheduling using EMR/EHR systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a high-volume, patient-facing environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and responsibilities.
• Ability to use EMR/EHR systems and scheduling tools to ensure accurate data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues.
• Complete patient intake and registration with demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect payments and meet targets to support revenue cycle performance.
