Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and help create lasting impressions with patients, while participating in a four-week training program designed to set you up for success.

You’ll provide superior patient service, schedule appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments, balance deposits, and handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
