Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and handle daily patient-facing tasks to create lasting impressions and loyalty. A four-week training program helps you succeed in the role.

You will provide compassionate patient service, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits while supporting a collaborative, growth-focused culture at our practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
