Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits.
• Experience with requesting and managing patient payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy and compliance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability.
