Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and complete daily tasks to create lasting impressions and trust with patients, after a four-week training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Commitment to compassionate patient service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
