Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions with patients.
• Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
