Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team and support patients at the front desk. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role and help create lasting impressions and trust with patients.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front-office duties, ensuring a smooth patient experience from scheduling to payment collection, while upholding policies and standards of the practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service by front-office tasks and duties.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Manager.
