Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle daily front office tasks and deliver outstanding patient service. You’ll start with a four-week training program to learn policies, scheduling, and billing workflows, while joining a team that values patient care and community impact.

The role is full-time with a salary of $18–$19.50 per hour, plus a generous benefits package and opportunities for growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management, organization and attention to detail.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
