Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front office duties, scheduling, and patient support. You’ll join a four-week training program to succeed in your role and help create lasting impressions for patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
