Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle daily front-office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and support patients with compassion. You’ll complete a four-week training program to succeed and earn the respect of patients and teammates.

This full-time role in Greenwood, SC includes a four-week training program, competitive hourly pay of $16–$18, and a benefits package with PTO, health/dental/vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
