Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front-office duties and deliver exceptional patient care. You will participate in a four-week training program and report to the Manager to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.

Compensation is $20-$24 per hour, with a generous benefits package including PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match. A collaborative, supportive culture and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform daily front-office tasks as assigned by the Manager.
