Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle daily front office tasks, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits. You will complete a four-week training program and report to the Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, following policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Report to Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties.
