Job summary

Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to perform front office duties and build strong patient relationships. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role and report to the Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
