Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of health insurance verification and financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients.
• Complete patient intake and registration, verify demographics and insurance.
• Educate patients on payments and digital tools, collect at time of service.
• Manage scheduling workflows and support revenue cycle performance.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to track data and support improvements.
